Samaritan House
Located in Fort Worth's central medical district, The Villages at Samaritan House is an $8.5 million, 66 unit transitional housing development for individuals with HIV/AIDS. The multi-family complex was designed to be consistent with the "urban village" character of the surrounding neighborhood. The project also included new offices and community activity facilities as well as renovation of 52 single-occupant rooms and the addition of eight new rooms in the adjacent existing Samaritan House facility.

King of Grace Lutheran Church
CMA provided design services for King of Grace Lutheran Church in Golden Valley, Minnesota. The 13,800 square foot addition to the existing church structure included new Sanctuary, Classrooms, and Administrative Offices. The new 2-story addition includes 4 new full-size classrooms and a sanctuary that seats 465 people including the choir. It also includes church administrative offices consisting of a pastor's, assistant pastor's and secretary's offices.

Buffalo Wild Wings Restaurants
CMA provides design for this leading restaurant/grille and bar concept found in college and suburban locations in various metropolitan areas throughout the United States. Each Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant averages 6,000 square feet in size and features a combination bar and casual family dining atmosphere with a substantial entertainment/AV package. The restaurants are open and airy, featuring high, exposed structure ceilings with drop pendant lighting fixtures and contemporary, durable finishes throughout the dining and bar areas.

National Coffee Retailer
CMA provides architectural and site survey services for a National Coffee Retailer for multiple locations throughout the United States. Once the Starbucks in-house design process is complete, CMA acts as the architect-of-record when required by code. The CMA team handles permitting of the projects with all necessary City and State agencies and assists the Starbucks Construction Manager during the construction phase.

Best Buy Stores
CMA is providing prototypical and other design services for strip center, end-cap and free-standing retail stores for Best Buy in various locations throughout the Central U.S. The large open interior of each store, typically 20,000 to 45,000 square feet in size, with a standard 22 foot ceiling height, is visually divided into product sections with colorful banner and graphics, and custom designed fixtures and shelving. The use of Best Buy's iconic blue wedge and "Ticket" signage gives this store its individuality that is recognized across the United States.
